I cannot find my BitLock under "My Locks" in the app, what should I do?

If you cannot find my BitLock under "My Locks" list, you have probably created more one account on the app and you are logged with the wrong account, specially if you see the message "You do not have person to access this lock" when you press the button on your BitLock.

If you cannot remember which email you used to sign up on the app, please contact use at support@bitlock.co with your full name and we will help locate your email address and account information.
